This week’s feature is Buckets of Burlap, where Becky blogs and shares her love of all things vintage and flea market treasures. Her and her husband are turning their home into a comfortable, cozy farmhouse where memories are made.Through projects, painting, and many DIY weekends, we are on our way to obtaining our dream home.
Becky definitely loves the vintage style and has created a beautiful home! She recently got a kitchen re-do as a birthday gift from her husband. If you like this style, be prepared to drool! Let’s take a look.

On her blog, she shares before, during and after pictures so you can see the full transformation. The farmhouse sink, antique columns and Ikea countertops firmly define her vintage style. I think the shelf above the window, holding aqua mason jars is a great idea and I just might have to borrow that . ![]()

I lovelovelove that vent hood made from reclaimed wood and the gray color it adds to the space.

An old buffet holds more treasures and touches of aqua. It’s always been one of my favorite colors.
Her husband used more reclaimed wood to create a new top for the kitchen table. She whitewashed it and it’s a new old table!
In the dining room, another tabletop from old wood and more touches of aqua. She has some great vintage pieces like the seltzer bottles and that enamel pitcher!
Her headboard is made from old tongue and groove barn wood.
A cowboy tub at the foot of the bed hold pillows and blankets.
More old wood, this time framed mirrors.
Some people have a knack for pulling together all the things they love and making it look like the pieces were meant to be together all along. Becky is definitely one of those talented gals!
For much more to feast your eyes on, go on over to Buckets of Burlap.
Thanks Becky for allowing me to feature your lovely home!
Please be kind and pin from original source. All pictures are linked back to source.
I have been busy working outside cleaning up the garden and trying to decorate for Fall and it’s coming together. I finished a couple ASCP projects and will post them soon. Have a great weekend!

Yep…i COULD snuggle on over in my slippers and a glass of wine if that were next door to me!
Oh yes, I’ll be visiting there. Loved the stove hood! This couple is very creative.
This is a very quaint house tour! I love the columns supporting the kitchen sink, the weathered wood, the touches of aqua (especially on the ice cream maker), and the vintage window pane by the fireplace! \
Thanks for sharing!
