Meet Cindy who blogs at Beaux R’eves. Her husband has a degree in architecture and she’s an Interior Designer. In 2002 they designed and built their dream house, choosing every detail.

What an entry! Imagine stepping into this space! If the foyer sets the scene for the rest of the house, I’d be anxious to see more. The travertine floor continues into the dining and living room.
The bright and cozy hearth room and kitchen are where they spend much of their time. Notice the contrasting cabinets and all the molding and corbels in the kitchen.
I love this beautiful arched window over the sink. The cooktop has a pop-up vent which leaves room for the chandelier.
Here’s a better look at that gorgeous thing.

In the living room, the coffered ceiling is painted in Palladian Blue, one of my favorite colors.

The fireplace is double sided with the hearth room on the other side. More beautiful molding here!
Cindy created many of the features of the guest room, like the curtains, recovering the bench, painting and adding hinges to the door. It’s a great look…..love it!
On the patio, drop clothes curtains blowing in the breeze remind me of a tropical island.
Hey, I have a collection of tole trays too! They look great surrounding a chalkboard door.
See those silver trays on the wall behind the sink? I really like how they look against a blue wall and check out the cute skirt on the sink.
Beaux R’eves has so much more inspiration on her site! Cindy shares her tips on finding the right paint color and I definitely could use help in that area. She also has a love of tablescapes and shares her gorgeous floral designs. Thank you Cindy for allowing me to feature your blog.
Please be kind and pin from the original site. All photos are linked.
There’s still time left to enter the Shabby Apple giveaway.
Have a great weekend!
Thanks for visiting! Debra (((xx)))
