friday feature, Eclectically Vintage

Friday feature this week is Kelly’s blog, Eclectically Vintage, vintage with a modern twist. You might find her perusing the aisles of thrift shops, cruising for curbside finds or even doing a dumpster dive searching for fun vintage pieces to personalize her 100 year old home. As a lover of junk myself, she’s a gal after my own heart. Check out her recently found treasures.

She scores some fabulous finds and crafts too. I could not have this peep wreath in my house! No way…..it would be gone in a day! Peeps happen to be one of my favorite things.

door knob easter eggs

Collections decorate her house in unusual ways. Old door knobs displayed in milk glass, stand in for Easter eggs.

green Spring mantle

Set for Spring, her mantel showcases a collection of green glass. I love the different shades of green.

Her kitchen is off the charts gorgeous! demijohn

From the demijohn pendant lights to her unique red stove, every element is perfection!

I love the way she’s used this vintage paper cutter.

marble tile

Carrera marble runs all the way to the ceiling.

dining room plate wall

In her dining room you’ll find more demijohns and eye catching wall of plates.

She created the artwork from a coloring book, imagine that! I think her dining room is one of my most favorite rooms, ever!

I’m ending the tour here, but there is much more on her blog. Be sure to visit Eclectically Vintage to see how Kelly gives vintage finds her own modern twist and creates a beautiful and inviting home.

With so many great blogs all over the blog-o-sphere, Friday Feature  is a way to showcase other bloggers while gaining lots of decorating inspiration. If you have a project or makeover that you think is feature worthy,  please email me or leave a comment.
